"I have now worked with Grainne from House Studio on three projects, and she’s been outstanding every time. What sets her apart is the rare combination of town planner, designer, and active property developer. Grainne doesn’t just understand the rules, she knows how to apply them in a way that makes sense commercially. Her advice is clear, fast, and always a step ahead. She’s saved time, avoided potential hurdles, and pushed projects through with minimal fuss. Communication is easy, turnaround is quick, and the quality of work is consistently excellent. I couldn’t recommend her and House Studio more highly."
